Prophet Muhammad was in Mecca his birthplace teaching Islam for 13 years to his people. Prophet Muhammad and his followers were severely persecuted and some of them burned alive. They even threw all the believers and the prophet out of city in to desert for 3 years by general boycott. Allah did not give permission to Prophet Muhammad and his followers even to defend themselves all the 13 years. Finally, prophet and the believers immigrated to another city Medina to save their lives. But again, the disbelievers tried to attack them in another city also. Then finally after 15 years of persecution, Allah gave Muslims permission to defend themselves. All the verses you try to quote are for the war when disbelievers attack the Muslims. But every time Allah said, Peace is preferred over war. Prophet Muhammad forbid Muslims not to kill children and women even in war. Amazingly, Prophet forbid even not to cut the trees also during war. Eventually when Prophet entered Mecca after 22 yrs., he forgave everybody including the leaders who persecuted him and his followers.
